Bare Trees.com?

The name of my enterprise, Bare Trees Productions, comes from growing up in Minnesota, where the trees are bare for half of the year. Also, there is a Fleetwood Mac “album” Bare Trees, with a song & a poem at the end of the album by the same name. Trees that are bare are still “beautiful” as the poem goes.

Since I trace my food science career all the way back to the farm, the company name is a way to connect to my roots & remember from whence I have come.
